3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

PRETY operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment system within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on the customer’s city.

A tracking message will be sent to the customer once the order has been shipped.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled; however, the customer has the right to refuse delivery without additional charges.

Cash on Delivery service may be suspended for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

6. Warranty & Quality

We guarantee that all products are new and in good condition at the time of shipment.

If a damaged product is received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Responsible Use

Customers are responsible for using products correctly and safely.

PRETY is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the products.
